The Desafío Octava Isla (Eight Island Challenge) combines cross triathlon and trail running. The winners achieve the best time in each category over two days of competition, all taking place in the unique natural environment of the island of La Graciosa. For Triathlon Cross the distances offered are 1,000 m, 20 km and 6 km, and Trail distances are 31 km, 20 km and 8 km.
