Spas, gyms and swimming pools

In Puerto Calero, both the Hotel Costa Calero and Hotel Hesperia offer discounted access for superyacht crew and guests to their spas and services. Tennis and paddle courts are available and the MC2 Action gym in the marina is highly recommended. You can use your Calero Marinas Card for discounted rates that you will be given when you arrive.

At Marina Rubicón you can enjoy paddle and tennis sport courts as well as the swimming pool for adults and kids.

In Marina Lanzarote, the Macrofit gym has extensive equipment and a pool and offers many exercise classes. Day passes are available at a discounted rate or classes can be booked as and when you want to join them.

Entry formalities and Yacht Clearance

Customs formalities are very simple in Lanzarote and your entry forms can be sent on for completion prior to arrival. Where passports require Border Police stamps, appointments can be made in advance for you. Clearance documents in the form of stamped and signed berthing contracts showing previous and future destination ports and occupancy dates will of course be provided upon departure.

Yacht Provisioning

Food and drinks are a passion and a huge part of Canarian culture so produce sourced in Lazarote will always be of superior quality. Provisioning is made easy for yacht chefs with delivery available direct to the yacht. Chefs can choose to shop themselves in a range of hypermarkets and local fresh fish, fruit and vegetable specialists.

There are also fantastic weekly markets selling local produce: in Arrecife (Plaza de Las Palmas) on Saturday and Mancha Blanca (Plaza de los Dolores) on Sundays. Or superyacht concierge services will happily work with you to order, pick and delivery your items without you needing to come ashore. The team are experts at finding unusual items or getting very quick deliveries if items only available overseas.

Bespoke flower arrangements and loose flowers can be ordered and delivered to your boat, and local florists are on call to discuss suitable colours and your personal requirements.

With well-established shipyards servicing motor and sailing yachts large and small there is no shortage of maintenance and cleaning products, spare parts and engineering supplies on the island.

Car hire and chauffeured car services

There is a car hire office in the marina open daily and an executive chauffeured service can also be arranged upon request. If you have specific vehicle requirements please let us know and we can arrange for your choice of car, van, motorcycle or fleet of vehicles to be brought to your berth.

Fun stuff

If you are blessed with a free afternoon during your stay in Lanzarote, the island is teaming with great spots for surfing, kitesurfing, and windsurfing. There are also numerous good dive sites and off-road mountain bike routes. Karting centres will help organise a team event and for the foodies, there are superb restaurants and wine tasting tours to take advantage of.

Health Services

There are numerous private clinics, dentists, physiotherapists and both a public and private hospital on the island. Don’t doubt to consult us for further information.

Post and courier services

Post can be received on your behalf at the marina offices. Do take care if ordering large or valuable items since customs charges may be applied which can complicate parcel receipts. Details on this can be found in our customs section.
